Please note BYPATRI is not a store front with regular business hours. Please be on time and communicate with me if you are running late and I will do my best to accommodate. If you need to reschedule your pick up time with more notice (at least 24 hours), please email me and I will be happy to rearrange and accommodate.

Yes we do! We deliver via courier for $20 to the areas listed below:

Zone 1:
Toronto / North York / Etobicoke / East York

Zone 2:
Mississauga / Vaughan / Scarborough

Delivery times: 
Your will receive a text notification the day of their delivery with a more precise estimated window. Delivery windows are 4 hours. 

Note: Delivery times can’t be guaranteed. Please make sure someone is home to receive the order, as it’ll be left at the door if no one’s in.

We can take orders with 2 days notice from our online store. We will always do our best to accommodate last minute custom booking!

While I offer Gluten Free, please note that I do not operate a nut-free or gluten free kitchen and cannot guarantee that my products are completely free from cross-contamination. If you have a severe food allergy, I kindly advise against ordering.

None of our cakes contain nuts as listed ingredients (aside from our pistachio cake), however our studio may handle nut products at other times. Therefore we do claim that any products made in our kitchen may contain traces of nuts.For a full ingredient list or for any concerns around nut allergies, please do not hesitate to reach out to our team directly.

Cancel 10+ days before your pickup/delivery date
→ You’ll get a full refund, minus a small processing fee to cover transaction costs (3%).

Cancel within 4–9 days of your date
→ You’ll receive a 50% refund or a full credit to use on a future cake.

Cancel within 72 hours
→ Unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or credit at this stage. Your order is already in motion — ingredients are prepped, time is booked, and butter is likely already softening.
